Come to one of the largest and most popular tournaments in Oxfordshire, running for over 20 years. Fantastic facilities, qualified referees, photographers, bar-b-q, refreshments, raffle and bouncy castle. As well as a providing players with a weekend of football, the tournament raises funds to support the club.

Online registration is available here. Payment is made via Credit or Debit Card. Entries are accepted on a first come first served basis. Once this limit has been reached a waiting list will operate. Fees paid for clubs not accepted for the tournament will be refunded. No refunds will be considered if a team withdraws from the tournament once accepted. Please note all teams must have players ID cards with them as random players ID checks could take place if we believe a player is eligible to play in an age group. Also no academy/ development teams or academy players can play at Crowmarsh Tournament. Any teams found to be breaking these rules could be disqualified from the tournament. Any decision will be at the discretion of tournament committee, and will be final. Squad details are listed below under Player Registration.

On behalf of Crowmarsh Youth Football club we would like to ask if you would kindly consider the opportunity to sponsor our club through an advert in our annual football tournament programme. We are a local football club providing football to over 350 local boys and girls, our aim is to provide football at the highest possible standards with the lowest possible cost to the parents. Training facilities, kit and the cost of playing are heavily subsidised through fund raising and sponsorship. Our annual Six a Side Football Tournament is over the weekend of the 30th - 31st May at Crowmarsh Recreation ground with approximately 200 local teams (1400 boys and girls) taking part, all funds raised during the tournament are used for the continued running of our successful football club and we would greatly appreciate your support

As in previous years we will notify all teams entered the AM/PM slots around 2-3 weeks before the tournament. The schedule for each day is as below, basically odd age groups on the Saturday and even on the Sunday. On the day, team registration is 9.00am on both days with first KO at 9.30am for the am slot. For the PM slot, team registration is at 1.30pm with KO at 2pm

The entrance fee will be £30.00 per team entered. You will be advised of your acceptance into our tournament by email. Please note that where there are sufficient entries within an age group it is our intention to run a plate competition.
All of the games are officiated by qualified referees. All Clubs entering must be affiliated to their appropriate FA. After the final whistle both Managers to agree and sign the results slip, pass back to the referee who is responsible for taking the match card to the control room. Managers from BOTH TEAMS must check and sign the match slip to verify the score but for more details please see the link below
The tournament will take place at Crowmarsh Recreation Ground. Parking for all games is available at Howbery Park off Benson Lane, OX10 8BA. No parking is available on Benson Lane itself. Please note there is a path from the car park to the tournament, with a walk of approx. 5-10 mins to the Ground. Download directions by clicking below
Squad sizes; U7:U8 - 5 players + 2 subs, U9:U14 - 6 players + 2 subs, U15:U16 - 5 players + 2 subs. No academy players allowed and only 1 guest player allowed per team, and must be listed on the player registration form together with their club. Please complete your player registration form (player names and dates of birth) and hand in to the control room, located in the pavilion, no later than 30 minutes before play is due to start.
